writing as interconnected skills, preparing learners for authentic communication, and supporting
independent learning. The study is theoretical and analytical in nature; it draws on a comparative review
of methodological literature, models of communicative competence, and principles of digital pedagogy.
The analysis identifies shared methodological principles for teaching English and French, criteria for
selecting digital resources, and practical recommendations for lesson planning. The proposed framework
may be useful to language teachers, teacher educators, and researchers seeking to combine communicative
classroom practice with purposeful technology use.
