Abstract

This study investigates the impact of innovative pedagogical approaches, including digital pedagogy,
artificial intelligence (AI) in education, STEAM education, drama pedagogy, and green pedagogy,
on the development of professional competencies of future teachers in higher pedagogical education
institutions in Uzbekistan. The research adopts a mixed-methods approach combining theoretical
analysis, comparative modeling, and statistical validation using ANOVA. The results demonstrate
that innovative pedagogical technologies significantly enhance digital, creative, communicative,
environmental, emotional, and research competencies of future teachers. The findings confirm that
the integration of interdisciplinary pedagogical innovations contributes to the formation of sustainable
professional competence and improves the quality of teacher education in accordance with global
educational standards.
